Swan Living provides safe, highquality supported accommodation for adults experiencing housing instability. We offer a stable home environment alongside practical support that helps residents rebuild confidence, develop everyday living skills and move towards greater independence.

Our Supported Accommodation Buckinghamshire Properties
Our homes are designed to be clean, comfortable and suitable for shared living. They are located in Buckinghamshire, within reasonable reach of public transport, shops, healthcare services and other community facilities.
Residents have their own furnished bedroom within a shared residential property. Shared facilities may include kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, laundry areas and outdoor spaces.
Each placement is considered carefully, taking account of the individual’s support needs, identified risks, accessibility requirements and compatibility with the existing household.
Our properties include appropriate safety and security measures, such as secure entry systems, fire safety equipment, staff presence and CCTV in communal areas where applicable.
Clear house expectations help maintain a safe and respectful living environment. These may cover visitors, noise, substance use, fire safety, property care and the cleanliness of shared areas.
